Elise and David’s wedding is a perfect example of how a classic romantic wedding is always in style. We loved the charcoal bridesmaids dresses, blush toned bouquets and gold accents seen throughout the evening. The Courthouse on the Square served as the perfect backdrop for the ceremony and reception for Elise and David’s big day, especially as Danny, from The Savage Garden, filled the space with cherry blossoms and mercury glass. Capturing every stunning element, Scobey Photography’s photos are just spectacular. Check them out below!

Guests enjoyed a variety of passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour from fried chicken satay with a sour plum dipping sauce and fried green tomatoes with spicy pimento cheese to a smoked mozzarella with tomato and olive salsa served on a garlic crouton. The seated and served dinner began with a mixed field green salad with local tomatoes, fried Vidalia onions and a dijon vinaigrette. Elise + David chose a dual entree plate with our miso glazed salmon and pepper seared filet of beef, served with roasted fingerling potatoes and garlic and shallot sauteed haricot vert. After cake and a lot of dancing, guests saw the happy couple off into the chilly night.

Such a romantic evening, we are honored to be part of Elise + David’s wedding celebration.
